Glenn LeBlanc, Administrator, WEB

Glenn is a seasoned Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience, including 15 years dedicated to hospice care. He began his hospice career in pediatric care before transitioning to adult services, bringing a uniquely compassionate perspective to patients of all ages. Glenn earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and his Diploma in Nursing from Bon Secours Memorial School of Nursing.

Throughout his career, Glenn has served in diverse clinical and leadership roles, including RN Case Manager, Director, Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations. He now serves as Administrator for Silverado Hospice in Dallas/Fort Worth, where he oversees all aspects of the program and ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.

Glenn’s passion for hospice was sparked early in his career while caring for fragile pediatric patients, an experience that cemented his commitment to expanding access to hospice services and educating communities about their benefits. He believes that true hospice care requires a “hospice heart”—where compassion flows naturally and is deeply felt by patients and families. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Glenn is especially dedicated to serving fellow veterans with dignity and honor at the end of life.

Outside of work, Glenn enjoys time with his family and their two Pomeranians. He and his wife are avid cruisers and also enjoy playing online video games together with friends from around the world.
