Heather started at a Silverado memory care community in 2014 as a part-time receptionist, working to gain experience toward her eventual goal of becoming a nurse. Over the next year, she took on various roles to support the community team. Heather’s dedication and hard work were quickly recognized—she was promoted to Patient & Family Services Coordinator in 2015, followed by two additional promotions in 2016.
In 2021, Heather joined Silverado Hospice as a Registered Nurse, providing direct care and support to patients and families in the field. Her dedication and leadership led her to become a Patient Care Manager in 2023 and Director of Patient Care Services in 2024. Today, she serves as the Administrator for Hospice Orange County, where she takes pride in guiding and supporting her team to deliver compassionate care that reflects Silverado’s LOVE>fear culture and mission.
