Silverado Hospice Volunteer Sprintime Craft

Spring has sprung and with it comes many exciting things! The beginning of spring means new growth, rebirth, and soon it’ll be time to get outside and enjoy some beautiful weather. At Silverado Hospice this year, the beginning of spring gave our volunteers the perfect opportunity to organize a craft project with their patients. Silverado volunteers provided flowerpots and tulips for patients to plant and keep in their room or home to welcome spring. In addition to planting these beautiful flowers, volunteers also helped their patients decorate their flowerpots using paint and ribbon. Everyone had a good time and there were many wonderful finished projects! This is just another way our Silverado Hospice volunteers so wonderfully serve our patients every day!
