Elisa Roberts
Administrator Back to Leadership
As a hospice administrator, Elisa brings with her more than 20 years of healthcare experience and more than 15 years of leadership in home health and healthcare operations. Her career began in business operations management, including corporate leadership and consulting across multiple industries, where she developed a strong foundation in strategy, process improvement, team development, compliance, and relationship management.
Her path into health care became especially meaningful when she partnered with a healthcare organization through her consulting work. She quickly realized that healthcare was where her professional expertise and personal values aligned most closely – and where she could make the greatest impact.
Throughout her leadership career, Elisa has remained a passionate advocate for quality patient care and meaningful support for families. She believes patients and their loved ones deserve clear, compassionate education about the continuum of care so they can make informed decisions that reflect their goals, values, and individual needs.
Elisa’s experience has given her a unique perspective that blends business operations with patient-centered healthcare leadership. She understands that excellent care requires both strong clinical support and the infrastructure, communication, accountability, and operational process that allow care teams to do their best work.
Her journey at Silverado Hospice began as a Hospice Liaison, where she had the privilege of educating providers, patients, families and community partners about hospice and helping connect people with the resources they need. Being recognized as a 2026 Rising Star has been especially meaningful because it reflects what matters most to her: building trusted relationships and helping expand access to compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.
Throughout her years in healthcare leadership, Elisa found that Silverado Hospice’s mission, values and care model mostly closely align with her own. She is proud to be part of an organization that supports patients and families through one of life’s most important transition with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Outside of work, Elisa enjoys running, rowing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
