Juliet Laschiazza

Juliet Laschiazza has dedicated more than 17 years to hospice care and has been a valued member of the Silverado Hospice team since 2013. Beginning her journey as a hospice volunteer, she discovered a passion for supporting patients and families during life’s most meaningful and vulnerable moments.

As Regional Volunteer Manager, Juliet oversees volunteer and internship programs, recruiting, training, and mentoring individuals who share her commitment to compassionate end-of-life care. She works closely with volunteers, interns, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients and families receive meaningful companionship, comfort, and support throughout their hospice journey.

Juliet’s passion for hospice is deeply personal. After losing her father in 2005, she developed a profound appreciation for the importance of compassionate care and emotional support during life’s final chapter. In 2018, her mother received hospice services while battling cancer, further strengthening Juliet’s understanding of the impact hospice can have on patients and their loved ones. Serving as both a caregiver and hospice professional gave her a unique perspective that continues to guide her work every day.

Juliet believes hospice is not only about providing comfort but also about helping patients continue to live each day as fully as possible. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection, and lasting memories. Whether helping a patient enjoy one last visit to the beach with loved ones or arranging a surprise birthday boat ride with a lifelong friend, Juliet is dedicated to making special wishes come true.
