Roma M. Frier, MBA, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Roma has been honored to serve as a nurse for the past 18 years. She joins Silverado Hospice with a broad range of nursing experience, including 10 years as a pediatric flight nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital. Roma also has a background in urgent care, though her true passion lies in both pediatrics and geriatrics. “Landing in the hospice world has been one of the most humbling and rewarding experiences in my career. I’m so thrilled to be here,” she adds.

Roma has been happily married for 33 years and is the proud mother of three children and grandmother to three grandchildren. She also shares her home with a chocolate lab and two lovable dachshunds. In her free time, Roma enjoys birdwatching and going on cruises.
