Sharian DeJean

With five years of dedicated nursing experience, Sharian began her career in medical-surgical settings, building a strong foundation in patient care. Her passion for continuous growth led her to pursue advanced education as a Nurse Practitioner. Over the past two years, Sharian has discovered her true calling in hospice care, joining Silverado Hospice as an RN Case Manager. Her commitment and leadership quickly propelled her to the roles of Clinical Liaison and now Patient Care Manager, where she continues to make a meaningful impact on patients and their families.
Sharian’s approach to hospice care is grounded in compassion and a genuine desire to bringing comfort and joy to patients and their families. She believes in the healing power of laughter and strives to create a supportive and comforting environment, even in difficult circumstances. With a strong sense of humor and an unwavering passion for serving those facing terminal illness, Sharian is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she cares for.

Beyond her professional life, Sharian is known for her vibrant personality, love of the color red and her fondness for jalapeños. She brings this same zest for life to her patient care, approaching each individual with warmth and empathy.
