Vanessa Roberts, LVN

Vanessa serves as the Administrator at Silverado Hospice Coastal Valleys, bringing more than 22 years of experience in hospice care. Her journey began as a volunteer, inspired by her family of nurses, and she has since grown through a variety of roles—including CHHA, QAPI, marketing, intake and leadership positions—that have given her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and team development.

Driven by a deep passion for end-of-life care, Vanessa is dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and their families. She believes that in hospice, where there are no second chances in the end-of-life journey, excellence is not just a goal but a responsibility. Vanessa also finds fulfillment in motivating others and fostering a compassionate, collaborative team culture.

Outside of Silverado, Vanessa enjoys playing competitive co-ed softball, roller skating, spending time at the beach and in nature, and proudly cheering on her children in their sports activities.
